Are Amenities Included in Our Rent?
Yes! Amenities are also included in your rent. We do NOT charge amenities separately. Our amenities include: a massive pool deck with grill terrace and lawn, a jam room and entertainment lounge, a fully equipped gym and fitness studio, a cozy screening room, a spacious coworking hub, and an epic rooftop sky lounge. Are you Pet Friendly?
Society Nashville is a pet-friendly community! However, pets are not allowed in amenity spaces, and only ESA pets are allowed in our Rent-By-Bedroom homes.
